Returns Policy

Please Note: Due to the personal nature of the items we sell on our site, toys will not be accepted for return. Items other than toys will only be accepted in the original & unopened package. 


For sanitary/hygienic purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Immediately upon receipt of your order, please check your items to make sure they are working properly. We will credit or exchange DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us).  Please return the items in their original packaging within 5 days to the address below. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be accepted so please keep all packaging for the 5 day return period. If you have further questions or issues, please contact us. Please note that some of the products may have measurements and some may not, therefore we strongly encourage you to please make sure the product you are ordering meets all of your requirements including size before placing your order. We will not issue credit or exchange a product due to it being the wrong size.

 

If the product is defective or a shipping error occurred on our part, please return to us (1) The packing slip (2) A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that informs us of the issue with the item and whether you would like an exchange for a different item or a credit memo for a future purchase. If you do not include the reason for the exchange, the exchange or credit may not be granted. An RMA number will be issued to you once your request has been approved. Please note, as part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement. We are dedicated to providing only the highest quality adult products and maintaining great customer service.
